We recommend booking your photo booth rental at least 2-3 months in advance if possible, as popular dates fill up quickly.

All we need is a signed rental agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit to officially reserve your photobooth on your desired event date.
This deposit goes toward the total cost of your package!
We provide delivery and setup within 30 miles of our Richmond, VA office at no extra cost. Additional distance is $1/mile over 30 miles roundtrip.
This will vary - but we like to arrive to set up AT LEAST 1-2 hours prior to the booth rental start time to make sure the booth is ready, lights setup, and the printer is working.
We recommend at least an 12ft x 12ft x 12ft open area for the setup, allowing room for guests to enter/exit and pose.
We can set up in an 8ft x 8ft x 10ft space at a minimum.
As long as there is top covered sufficient space and a standard electrical outlet access nearby plus wifi our team can set up just about anywhere at your event venue.
Our photo booths can fit 4-10 guests at one time, ensuring everyone can squeeze in to capture group shots together.
Guests can will be able to receive their photos via email, text message, social media, Airdrop, or physical prints. Wi-fi will be required if you want your guests to receive their photos during the event, otherwise they will be delivered after the event.
Yes! We offer customization options, such as personalized backdrops, themed props, and custom photo overlay designs to match your event and its theme.

Yes, we offer unlimited prints for your events.
An attendant is included with all our photo booths rentals except the our selfie photo booth; which is a drop-off service and doesn’t require an attendant, but we’ll walk you through using it and if you need help we’ll be close by to come and assist. Our Magic Mirror Photo Booth will have and attended present to help with props, prints, and the fun activities.
