Genie's Magic Photo Booth – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits & Booking

  • A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking.
  • Retainers are non-refundable to cover reservation costs.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 14+ Days Before Event → Eligible for partial refund (excluding retainer).
  • Within 14 Days → No refunds but rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
  • No-Show Policy → If the client does not allow access at the scheduled time, no refunds will be issued.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 7 days in advance.
  • Rescheduled events must be held within 6 months of the original date.

4. Force Majeure Clause

If an event is canceled due to weather, natural disasters, or emergencies, we will offer a credit or reschedule.

5. Intellectual Property

  • We reserve the right to use event photos for marketing & promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Richmond, VA.
